Kioku (記憶) means "memory" in Japanese. It shows you a few cards a day, at the moment you're about to lose them.

Every chapter starts in Learn mode. Read the cards at your own pace, then switch the chapter on for reviews. You can come back to read anytime.

For many verbs, nouns and adjectives, one tap shows how the word changes (went, gone; gegangen; gittim), offline, in four languages.

How a card becomes memory
First you meet it: Learn mode lets you read a chapter without pressure. Then you practise it: when you switch the chapter on, Kioku schedules each card with spaced repetition, so you see it again right before you would forget. A few minutes a day is enough.
